Our cheese is packaged in random weight pieces. When selecting cheese for orders, we try to select package(s) so the total weight is close to the number of pounds ordered for your variety of cheese. Your order may contain more or less pieces than ordered. If the cheese you are looking for is not listed, please call for assistance.

We are still shipping through the United States Post Office and UPS.

In warm weather (April 1 - October 1), we will ship cheese products by UPS Next-Day Air or Second Day Air. Only regional shipments in the Midwest will be considered for UPS Ground shipping if the temperature allows it. All cheese orders will be packed and shipped in an insulated tote with ice (an additional $6.00) to keep the product cool.
